Our company participated in the procurement of rubber expansion joint equipment for the EPC contract of Saudi Rabig 2*660MW subcritical fuel unit power station project of Shandong Power Construction No. 3 Company.On July 29, 2012, we received a phone call from Zhu Gong of Shandong Power Construction No. 3 Company to consult the material selection problem of tropical seawater rubber expansion joint. After a simple telephone communication, Zhu Gong felt good about our company's production process and technical strength, so we decided to visit our company. At the same time, we also learned that Zhu Gong and several colleagues are conducting field visits to our nearby counterparts and preparing to return. After the two sides met and got to know each other, we learned that the batch of expansion joints that Zhu Gong urgently needs now is our company's bidding project in 2010 (DN2600L =400-9 sets; DN2400 L=360-5 units), because Shandong Power Construction third company at that time chose the lowest bid, the expansion joint appearance has been seriously cracked after 3 months of product installation and operation, the owner asked for return and replacement, Zhu Gong this trip is to communicate with the rubber expansion joint manufacturer return and replacement matters, through field investigation, Zhu Gong dare not use the original supplier's products to replace. Therefore, we came to our company for an inspection. After understanding the actual situation, we learned that this batch of expansion joints need to be replaced because of quality problems, and the construction period is very urgent (the customer requires the shipment to the port of Shanghai before October 30). Because the connection size and installation length of these expansion joints are non-standard, our company does not have a mold. In order to meet the customer's quality and schedule requirements, the company's boss attaches great importance to the establishment of a difficult leading group on July 30, organized the technical department, production department, quality inspection department, sales department and customers and other key personnel to meet, discuss and determine the production technology tracking plan. I asked the responsible person to report the work content and progress of each department every day, and finally delivered the goods in advance on October 25, achieving customer satisfaction.

Our company and Hunan MCC Changtian Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. signed the second stage project contract of sintering flue gas purification complex project of West Siberian Steel Company of Russia Evraz Steel Group. The project is MCC Changtian's first EP general contract project near the Russian market; It is also the first overseas project of MCC Changtian in the field of steel environmental protection. Evraz Steel Group is one of the top three steel companies in Russia. The West Siberian Steel Company is one of its important production bases, located in the city of Novokuznetsk in the West Siberian region of Russia. Due to historical reasons, the plant does not have any sintering flue gas purification system, and a large number of excessive sulfur and dust containing gases are directly discharged, affecting urban air quality. As the "national team" of metallurgical construction iron, MCC Changtian has complete and rich iron pretreatment process solutions, and is a global leading enterprise in the field of sintering flue gas purification.
