Dubai Haxiang clean coal-fired power plant phase I project
The consortium formed by Hadian International and GE Corporation and the project company Haxiang Energy officially signed the EPC general contract for the BOO project of the 4×600MW clean coal-fired power station of Hassyan in Dubai, UAE, at Burj Khalifa in Dubai. In line with Dubai's Overall Energy Strategic Plan 2030, the first unit is scheduled for commercial operation in March 2020, in advance of Expo 2020 Dubai. (Our company and Tieling Special Valve Co., Ltd. signed a supply contract for rubber joints for the main cooling water system of Dubai Haxiang Clean coal-fired power Plant. The main specifications are DN2000-20 sets and DN2600-10 sets. Because the owner Dubai side has very strict requirements on the appearance of the rubber joint (zero defects on the rubber surface of the inner and outer walls). Manufacturers of rubber joints know that rubber has fluidity, and raw rubber will inevitably have some small local defects during the process of high temperature pressure vulcanization in the mold due to fluidity, and national standards also allow defects within a certain range. For this reason, the boss of Tieling valve company visited various well-known domestic rubber joint manufacturers, and finally decided to sign a contract with our company. In order to achieve customer satisfaction regardless of the cost, we made 5 more sets and selected the best products to send to customers.
