The Liwei Tie Rod Single Sphere Flexible Rubber Expansion Joint is a restrained pipeline compensator equipped with integrated tie rods (limit rods) that connect both flanges and restrain axial movement. The tie rods prevent pipe pull-out and over-extension, protecting the single sphere rubber body on pump suction and discharge lines. The EPDM / NBR body delivers oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, while absorbing vibration and noise for a quieter, safer pipeline. Combined with multi-standard DIN / ANSI 150 / JIS 10K flanges, the joint keeps the pipeline connection flexible and leak-free.
