This Neoprene Double Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint is engineered for harsh marine and outdoor environments. The Neoprene (CR) body offers outstanding UV resistance, weather resistance and flame retardance, maintaining stable elasticity and sealing performance under prolonged sun exposure and salt spray attack.
The double sphere structure provides large axial displacement and angular deflection to absorb vibration, reduce noise and compensate for thermal expansion and ship hull deformation. The multi-layer nylon cord fabric and steel wire strand reinforcement ensures reliable pressure containment and long service life on ship pipelines.
The flanged connection supports DIN, ANSI and JIS 10K standards for flexible integration with international shipbuilding specifications. The gas tight vulcanized body delivers zero leakage sealing for seawater, cooling water and ballast water systems.
