This Resistant Double Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint is manufactured through high-temperature molded vulcanization, with FKM and EPDM body options that maintain stable elasticity and sealing performance in hot media service up to 150 deg C.
The double sphere design offers large axial displacement and angular deflection, absorbing vibration, reducing noise and compensating for thermal expansion in high temperature pipelines. The multi-layer nylon cord fabric and steel wire strand reinforcement keeps the joint dimensionally stable under thermal cycling.
The flanged connection supports DIN, ANSI and JIS 10K standards, and the vulcanized body delivers gas tight zero leakage sealing. PTFE lined options are available for highly corrosive hot chemical media.
