This Oil Resistant NBR Double Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint is vulcanized from nitrile rubber, offering excellent oil and fuel resistance for petroleum, hydraulic and lubricant lines. The NBR body maintains stable elasticity and sealing performance in contact with mineral oils and fuels.

The double sphere design provides large axial displacement and angular deflection, effectively isolating pump vibration, reducing piping noise and compensating for thermal expansion in HVAC and hydraulic systems. The multi-layer nylon cord fabric and steel wire strand reinforcement ensures reliable pressure containment.

The flanged connection supports DIN, ANSI and JIS 10K standards, and the vulcanized body delivers gas tight zero leakage sealing. The joint is also available in Neoprene (CR) and EPDM options for different media compatibility.
