Product Description:

This DN200 PN16 flanged metal ripple compensator is built for steel pipeline systems that need controlled axial, lateral and angular movement. The bellows is formed from SS304 strip and welded to carbon steel flanges drilled to ANSI B16.5, with DIN and JIS drilling available on request. Three limit rods are fitted to carry thrust load and keep the bellows within its rated movement, so the unit stays stable when the pipeline is anchored only at the ends.

Every unit is hydrostatically tested at 2.4 MPa before packing, and a material test certificate and certificate of origin are issued with the shipment.
